An aquarium experience with bridge, boat and behind-the-scenes access—not a VIP private tour or automatic fish-feeding ticket.
Overview
The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi All Access Pass combines the aquarium's ten-zone journey with three experiences beyond general admission: an Aqua Glass Bridge walk, a behind-the-scenes tour and a ride on the Bu Tinah glass-bottom dhow. The National Geographic Pristine Seas exhibition is also included. It is a more activity-led way to explore the aquarium at Al Qana than simply following the exhibition route.
Compare the exact ticket contents before paying. Fish feeding applies only when that option is selected. Food and beverages are not included. This particular ticket does not list admission to the separate Butterfly Gardens, even though the aquarium's own ticketing website displays some differently bundled All Access offers. Nor does it include the private guide, VIP meet-and-greet or priority admission sold as separate packages. The glass-bottom boat has additional safety and mobility rules, so a pass that includes the ride is not automatically the best choice for every visitor. This booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

The National Aquarium occupies part of the Al Qana waterfront in Abu Dhabi and presents aquatic ecosystems through ten themed zones. Its Bu Tinah Dhow takes its name from Bu Tinah, an island within Abu Dhabi's Marawah Marine Biosphere Reserve. The Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi identifies the surrounding protected waters as important habitat for dugongs and sea turtles. The boat experience is inside the aquarium, not a trip to that offshore reserve.
The venue's Pristine Seas exhibition, developed with National Geographic, provides a different perspective from watching animals in tanks. It uses ocean imagery and conservation storytelling to explain why marine protected areas matter. The additional glass bridge and behind-the-scenes components let visitors experience the venue from different viewpoints and learn more about its operations. They should not be confused with a promise to handle animals or to visit separate wildlife-rehabilitation facilities.

This pass suits families and wildlife enthusiasts who want to combine the main exhibits with scheduled extra experiences in a single outing. It is particularly useful if the bridge and glass-bottom boat are priorities rather than optional extras to decide on arrival. General admission is a better fit for visitors who only want to see the ten zones. VIP is a different product with private guiding and group benefits. The boat is unsuitable for pregnant guests and has stair, life-jacket and age requirements; people with accessibility needs should confirm the enhanced activities before buying a non-refundable pass.
1. Arrive at The National Aquarium in the Al Qana waterfront district and present your smartphone All Access ticket. Ask staff about the available times and meeting points for the behind-the-scenes tour and boat, as these experiences may follow operational schedules.
2. Explore the ten themed zones at your own pace. Displays move between Arabian Gulf wildlife and habitats from other parts of the world. Leave time for the included Pristine Seas exhibition, which focuses on ocean protection rather than another animal encounter.
3. Follow the designated route for the behind-the-scenes tour. This is an organised look at parts of the aquarium visitor experience that standard admission does not include; follow the guide's instructions and do not assume access to every staff-only area.
4. Cross the Aqua Glass Bridge for a different perspective above an aquarium habitat. This is separate from the boat activity; the two experiences are not interchangeable.
5. Join the Bu Tinah Dhow glass-bottom boat if you meet its safety requirements. Staff may require guests to manage steps and wear life jackets. Fish feeding is available only on a specifically selected option; meals and drinks must be purchased separately.

The National Aquarium is located at Al Qana, on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street in the Rabdan area of Abu Dhabi. The venue lists daily opening hours of 10 am to 10 pm, and Al Qana provides free surface parking plus nearby bus and taxi access. There is no hotel transfer in this ticket. The aquarium estimates roughly two hours for the main exhibition journey; allow longer for the bridge, tour and boat and ask staff about their timing when you arrive.
Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by someone aged 16 or older. For the glass-bottom boat, children must be older than one year. Pregnant guests may not take the boat, and participants must be able to go up and down stairs and wear a life jacket. The operator also flags additional eligibility restrictions for visitors with disabilities on its All Access booking terms; confirm individual needs with the venue before purchasing. Wheelchair access to the normal aquarium route does not guarantee access to the boat.
Bring the smartphone voucher and wear a top and shoes. Follow posted safety instructions; outside food and beverages, pets, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the aquarium. Verify whether the fish-feeding option appears on your final booking confirmation rather than assuming it comes with every All Access pass. The Tiqets booking is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Validity terms published for tickets purchased directly from the venue do not automatically apply to this booking.
