A viewing-only ticket: no dining credit, afternoon tea, reserved table or guided city tour included.

Overview

See Abu Dhabi's western Corniche and the Arabian Gulf from Observation Deck at 300, the panoramic viewing space on Level 74 of Tower 2 at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. At roughly 300 metres above the city, the indoor deck looks across the waterfront, nearby palace district and clusters of modern high-rises. The main attraction is the panorama itself, so this standard admission ticket is a practical option if you want skyline photographs without booking an organised sightseeing tour or an elaborate afternoon-tea experience.

The exact ticket covers access to Tower 2 and the Observation Deck. It does not include food, drinks or a reserved table. That distinction matters because the hotel and other sellers advertise separate admission-and-refreshment packages, some with dining credit. Benefits offered with those products do not automatically transfer to this basic ticket. Check the selected booking time and current availability before paying; venue and marketplace schedules are not fully consistent.

What's included

About the attraction
Etihad Towers is a group of five buildings at the western end of Abu Dhabi's Corniche, close to the Emirates Palace hotel and the Qasr Al Watan palace district. Tower 2 rises about 305 metres and contains the Observation Deck at 300 near its summit. The viewpoint's height and position make the city's shoreline easy to understand: you can trace the curve of the Corniche and see how the palace area, islands and dense urban skyline relate to one another.

The viewing area is inside the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers complex and shares its setting with a café known for afternoon tea. Large windows provide views in multiple directions, although actual visibility depends on haze, weather and the time of day. The architecture and geography are the reason to visit; a restaurant booking is a different purchase.
Who is it for
A good fit for first-time visitors, couples and photographers who want an elevated view without arranging a full Abu Dhabi tour. It can also appeal to families seeking a short indoor stop near the Corniche. Choose another ticket if you want included coffee, cake, dining credit or a guaranteed table, and consider a guided city tour only if transport and multiple attraction admissions matter to you. The supplier marks the deck as wheelchair accessible, but visitors requiring particular assistance should confirm lift and entry arrangements with the venue.
What to expect
1. Travel independently to Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers on Corniche West Street, opposite the Emirates Palace area. The ticket does not include transport or pickup. Enter the hotel complex and follow signs or staff directions for Observation Deck at 300 in Tower 2.

2. Present your smartphone ticket and a valid passport or other accepted photo identification at the entrance, as required by the ticket seller. Complete any security or admission checks and follow directions to the observation-deck lift.

3. Go up to the 74th-floor viewing space and take in the panorama from the windows. Look toward the Corniche waterfront, the nearby palace district and the Arabian Gulf. Visibility is naturally better in clear conditions; this ticket does not promise a particular sunset or unrestricted outdoor terrace access.

4. Move between available viewpoints for photographs and enjoy the elevated perspective at your own pace, subject to the entry slot and any time limit the venue applies that day. The ticket includes the viewing area, not priority lift access, a private guide or a reserved restaurant seat.

5. If you want refreshments, enquire about buying them separately, but do not expect a discount or food-and-beverage credit with this basic admission. Depart via the hotel lift and arrange your own onward transport.
Before you go
Location: Observation Deck at 300 is in Tower 2 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, Corniche West Street, opposite the Emirates Palace hotel area. Use the observation-deck or hotel entrance directions from your ticket, rather than assuming that every tower has public lift access. The building offers valet and self-parking according to the ticket provider. Public transport or taxi arrangements are separate from admission.

Hours need special attention. The admission-only ticket's published instructions mention access from 09:30 to 14:00, with a last admission at 13:30. The Conrad hotel page lists Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 20:00, while Abu Dhabi's tourism portal shows 12:00 to 20:00 on all days. These schedules conflict and may represent different ticket slots or outdated listings. Before making a nonrefundable purchase, confirm with the booking provider and venue that your chosen date and time are valid. Do not assume that standard public opening hours determine the validity of your particular voucher.

Bring a charged phone containing your electronic ticket and valid photo ID. Smart-casual clothing is advisable at this hotel venue; avoid beachwear and other overly casual items. The supplier marks this experience wheelchair accessible, but it does not guarantee the same arrangements for every individual access need. Check directly with the hotel if you require specific assistance.

This particular ticket excludes food, beverages and a table seat. The venue's direct admission price can include food-and-beverage credit, and other resellers offer cake or afternoon tea packages; none of those perks are included with this admission-only product. The ticket is listed as nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. The supplier is priohub and the purchase is processed under the terms of the seller named at checkout, not by Elite Star Tours as the attraction operator.
