An hour on the water is enough to see Dubai Marina from a different angle.

Overview

You do not need to charter an entire yacht to enjoy Dubai Marina from the water. This one-hour shared cruise with Xclusive Yachts takes you from the marina's high-rise waterfront towards JBR and Bluewaters Island, where Ain Dubai makes an impressive backdrop for photographs. The pace is gentler than a speedboat excursion, with time to watch the skyline and move between the yacht's open-air upper deck and air-conditioned lower deck.

The ticket includes a one-hour sailing, bottled water, onboard Wi-Fi, safety equipment and English-language commentary as listed by the supplier. It is a sightseeing experience rather than a meal cruise: food, hotel transfers and attraction entry are not included. You will share the boat with other guests, and seating is not individually reserved.

Choose this option for a short look at the Marina and Ain Dubai. If you want a full dinner service, more extensive coastal sightseeing or a private yacht, book a different experience rather than expecting those features from this one-hour ticket.

About the attraction
Dubai Marina is a modern waterfront district built around a canal lined with residential towers and promenades. From a yacht, the buildings and moored boats appear together in a way that is difficult to appreciate from the walkways. The cruise also provides a view towards Jumeirah Beach Residence and Bluewaters Island, home to the distinctive Ain Dubai observation wheel.

The operator typically uses either a large luxury catamaran or a yacht, with a similar vessel substituted when needed. Both indoor and outdoor deck areas let passengers choose between shaded comfort and an open view. The precise boat and route can vary for operational or safety reasons.
Who is it for
This is a good fit for couples, families and small groups who want a quick, unhurried sightseeing cruise. It works especially well if you are already spending time in Dubai Marina and want to see Ain Dubai from the water without committing to a longer excursion. It is not the right choice for travellers expecting a private charter, guaranteed upper-deck seating, swimming, a full guided tour or a meal. The vessel is not marked wheelchair-accessible for this ticket.
What to expect
Make your way to Xclusive Marina, behind Al Majara Towers at the marina level, and show the booking on your phone to the operations team. Check-in takes place before departure, so leave enough time to find the correct ramp and receive the crew's instructions.

Once on board, settle in on either the open-air deck or the air-conditioned lower deck, depending on space and your preference. The operator does not assign specific seats. The captain and crew lead the one-hour sailing through Dubai Marina and towards the JBR and Bluewaters waterfront, with Ain Dubai offering a recognisable photo backdrop. The exact route and viewing opportunities depend on conditions and operational requirements.

You can enjoy the breeze, take photographs and use the complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi. The purchased ticket lists English commentary, but the operator's general information says there is no separate tour guide; do not expect a private guided presentation. After approximately an hour, the yacht returns to its Dubai Marina departure point. There is no stop for swimming or for entering the observation wheel.
Before you go
Board at Xclusive Marina behind Al Majara Towers, Al Hubob Street, Dubai Marina. This is a marina-level pier, not a departure from Dubai Harbour. From DMCC Metro Station, follow the directions towards the marina; a taxi can drop you at Al Majara Towers or Marina Mansion. If driving, Dubai Marina Mall parking is a possible option, with availability and current parking rules set by the mall.

The Tiqets instructions ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before departure, and check-in closes 15 minutes before sailing. Have your smartphone ticket ready and check the departure time shown in your booking confirmation. The operator may vary the vessel or sailing schedule because of weather, capacity or maritime restrictions.

Wear comfortable clothes suitable for a breezy boat ride and bring sunscreen for daytime departures. The operator asks guests to remove footwear on boarding, so choose shoes that are easy to take off. Young children must remain supervised, and children under nine are required to wear life jackets. Infants under two must remain inside the enclosed saloon or cabin with an adult. Contact the operator ahead of time about reduced mobility or health conditions affected by boat motion.

The supplier allows cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the booked departure. Check the final ticket terms before paying: late arrivals and missed departures may not qualify for a refund.
Reschedule and cancellation policy
Cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity.
