Ninety minutes, a sea breeze and Dubai's most recognisable skyline.

Overview

Dubai's waterfront looks very different from the deck of a speedboat. On this 90-minute guided ride with Xclusive Yachts, you leave the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina behind and head out towards the open water for views of some of the city's best-known landmarks: Ain Dubai, the Palm Jumeirah coastline, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab.

The experience is sightseeing with a lively edge. A fast rigid-inflatable boat covers more of the coast than a short marina cruise, while the English-speaking guide points out landmarks and the crew slows when conditions allow for photographs. Water and required safety equipment are included. You do not need to arrange a private boat, but the tour is shared with other passengers.

This is a speedboat journey, not a luxury-yacht dining experience. There is no meal, swimming stop or hotel pickup in the listed inclusions. The route can be shortened or adjusted if sea conditions require it, so no particular close approach or photo angle is guaranteed.

About the attraction
Dubai Marina is an artificial waterfront district with a long canal framed by residential towers, promenades and marinas. Leaving it by boat reveals the contrast between the densely built marina and the more open stretch of coast towards Jumeirah.

Two landmarks make the route especially recognisable from the sea: Ain Dubai, the large observation wheel on Bluewaters Island, and the Atlantis resort at the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Further along the coast, Burj Al Arab's sail-like silhouette is an unmistakable photo subject. The appeal is seeing how these distinct waterfront developments line up geographically rather than visiting their interiors. Xclusive Yachts operates the sightseeing boat; access to the landmarks themselves is not part of the ticket.
Who is it for
This tour suits first-time visitors, couples, friends and families who want a compact coastal overview and enjoy a brisk boat ride. It is a useful choice if you have already explored the city from land and would like to see the skyline from the Gulf. Travellers seeking a calm, enclosed cruise, a restaurant experience or a completely private charter should choose a different type of boat. The operator does not recommend its speedboats for pregnant guests or people whose medical conditions may be aggravated by sudden movement on the water.
What to expect
Make your way to the Xclusive Yachts meeting point in Dubai Marina, behind Al Majara Towers, and present your smartphone ticket at check-in. Staff will direct you to the appropriate boat, explain the safety procedures and provide the required equipment. Be prepared for a seated, open-air ride rather than a walk-around yacht deck.

The route starts among Dubai Marina's towers and continues towards the waterfront near Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai. Once out on the Gulf, you can look towards Jumeirah Beach Residence and the Palm Jumeirah development. The Atlantis resort and Burj Al Arab are key photographic highlights on the advertised route. Your English-speaking guide provides commentary as the scenery changes.

At suitable points the captain may reduce speed so guests can take pictures. This is still a motorboat trip, so keep hold of phones and belongings and follow the crew's instructions. The captain has final discretion over speed, route and stopping points when weather, swell or marine traffic affect safety. The tour returns to Dubai Marina after approximately 90 minutes.
Before you go
The meeting point is Xclusive Marina, behind Al Majara Towers near Marina Promenade in Dubai Marina. This is not a Dubai Harbour departure. By metro, use DMCC station and follow the directions in your confirmation. If arriving by taxi, ask for Al Majara Towers; drivers can use the Dubai Marina Mall parking area and then walk to the pier. Allow enough time to locate the boarding ramp and check in; arriving at least 20 to 30 minutes early is sensible.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring sunscreen and sunglasses, and secure anything that could blow away. Sea spray is possible, particularly when the water is choppy. The supplier lists this ticket as wheelchair-accessible, but boarding a speedboat may require specific assistance; confirm the arrangements with the operator before paying if you have limited mobility. Children and guests with relevant medical conditions should check the operator's current safety and age policies, as conditions vary across boat types.

The Tiqets ticket can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booked visit under the product's stated terms. Late arrival can mean missing departure, and weather-related changes follow the provider's operating rules. Hotel transfers are not included, so arrange your return journey independently.
Reschedule and cancellation policy
Cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the activity.
