This Burj Khalifa and Sky Views Observatory combo gives you two different perspectives on Downtown Dubai rather than two visits to the same observation deck. The standard listed option covers At the Top on Levels 124 and 125 inside Burj Khalifa, plus admission to Sky Views Observatory and its glass-floor walkway in the nearby Address Sky View towers.
The difference matters: from Burj Khalifa you look outward over the city from high inside its signature skyscraper, while at Sky Views you can look back towards Burj Khalifa and down through transparent flooring. They are separate venues with different entrances, so allow time between them.
The checkout also offers a Level 148 plus Sky Views variant; that higher floor is not part of the standard Levels 124–125 option.
