Sky Views Observatory Tickets with One Glass Slide Ride

Sky Views Observatory occupies a high-level connection between the two Address Sky View towers. Around 219.5 metres above Downtown Dubai, the viewing areas frame Burj Khalifa, surrounding towers and major roads from a very different angle to the view you get standing at street level.

The experience uses transparent surfaces in several ways. You rise in a glass-sided panoramic lift, look down through sections of glass floor, and—if eligible—take a short slide in a clear tube mounted around the outside of the tower. The slide was engineered from laminated glass and connects the 53rd floor to the 52nd.

Unlike the much taller At the Top decks inside Burj Khalifa, Sky Views puts the iconic tower in front of you. It is as much about the unusual walkway and short physical thrill as about seeing the skyline.

A good option for visitors who enjoy architecture, city views and a manageable thrill without committing to an exposed, harnessed adventure. It can work for families, provided every person using the slide meets the current size and safety criteria.

If you dislike glass floors or are uncomfortable with heights, consider whether the walkway and slide will be enjoyable. Guests with reduced mobility can use the accessible observatory, but the slide may not be suitable; confirm assistance needs with the venue. Choose a separate Edge Walk ticket if that is the experience you actually want.

1. Arrive at the Sky Views entrance in Address Sky View Tower 1, validate your electronic ticket and go through any required admission checks. The venue recommends arriving about 30 minutes before the reserved time.

2. Ride the panoramic glass elevator to the observatory level. The glass-sided ascent is part of the view, not just transport to the attraction.

3. Explore the elevated glass-floor walkway and surrounding viewing spaces. Take time to look toward Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai; the transparent floor also changes how the streets directly below appear.

4. If you meet the current participation requirements, follow staff instructions for the Glass Slide. The tube takes one person at a time from level 53 down to level 52. A safety mat is used and loose belongings must be secured as directed.

5. Continue enjoying the observatory after your slide where the visitor route allows. Another slide ride, Edge Walk or a restaurant purchase is not included in this ticket. During busy periods, the slide can have a separate queue.

Entrance and transport: Sky Views is at Address Sky View in Downtown Dubai, close to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station link. Use the dedicated entrance by Tower 1, Level 0, or the access point from the Dubai Mall Metro link at Level 1. It is not an attraction inside Dubai Mall.

Slide limits: the operator's specific Glass Slide rules list a height of 120–200 cm and a weight of 30–150 kg. A more general venue FAQ groups Edge Walk and Glass Slide together and cites stricter limits, so confirm eligibility directly before booking if age or weight may be an issue. Minors may need an accompanying adult and parental consent. Medical conditions, pregnancy and impaired mobility also warrant checking with the venue; an accessible observation deck does not mean the slide is accessible.

Wear modest, secure clothing and avoid skirts, dresses, high heels, flip-flops or sharp-edged footwear. Phones, loose jewellery and other belongings must be secured before sliding. Bring only a small handbag upstairs; the venue has a luggage room at the entrance for larger bags and strollers.

Timing and terms: check your reserved admission time and current opening hours. Slide operations and visibility can be affected by weather or maintenance. This particular ticket's booking terms allow free cancellation and rescheduling until 24 hours before the visit, subject to the final checkout conditions; venue-issued tickets may have different rules.
